What can I expect after I sign up?

Maria will reach out to you via email to schedule your first call together.

What is the difference between a group program or one on one coaching?

Group is in a small group of vetted like minded individuals and one on one is private only with Maria personally. Each client has various needs and both have their advantages depending what your needs are at the moment.

What will be expected of me after I register?

After the initial intake/get to know you call and after each consulting session there will be weekly tasks that are expected to be completed to get optimal results

What is the refund policy?

There are no refunds.
